The Plush Summary: Our tools work by remembering what you tell us. When you input your goals, habits, and tallies, we store that information securely so you can pick up right where you left off. Your goals belong to you; the tools belong to us.

1.1 Data Storage: TallySprout provides interactive applications designed to store user-generated inputs ("User Content"), including but not limited to goals, habit tracking logs, and progress metrics. You grant us permission to host, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

1.2 Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your specific User Content. However, TallySprout retains all rights, title, and interest in the underlying software, "Framework for Progress," design systems (including the Bloomfield/Plush UI), and templates.

2. Accounts & Security

The Plush Summary: You are the gardener of your account. Please keep your password safe to protect your progress. If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know immediately so we can help secure your data.

4.2 Liability: TallySprout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our interactive apps, including loss of data.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

The Plush Summary: If you choose a paid plan to unlock more templates or storage, we will be transparent about the cost. You can cancel anytime, but your access to premium features will end at the close of your billing cycle.
